Greetings from Lewes!

Greetings from Lewes, Deleware!!  As most Albright students head home for spring break, I, along with the rest of the Mane Men and Albright Angels departed yesterday for our Spring Tour!  Yesterday we were in Mountaintop, Pennsylvania and today we performed in Lewes, Deleware.  Lewes is a beautiful town in the southern part of Deleware that is right on the beach.  It is very small and quaint and has a beautiful church that we also sang in last year.  They liked us so much that they invited us back!  We had an hour or so to walk around the town before rehearsal today.  We got to go in all of the shops and antique places.  There is a place called the “Cake Bar,” which is heaven on earth!  It is just a store full of cakes!!!  I love cake, any kind of cake, I do not discriminate.  Seriously yesterday I had four slices of cake no joke.  After our performance tonight, which was an incredibly alive space, I was told that we are singing beautifully.  We have been very fortunate to encounter very generous people who have been supporting us along the way.  Tomorrow we leave for Silver Springs, Maryland for our last performance before we leave for Florida!  Then we spend five days down in Florida before we come back.  I am very excited that we get to walk in the Saint Patrick’s Day Parade down in Naples.  We will also get to sing Danny Boy, which is one of my favorite songs that we have ever sung.  Florida is going to be very warm, and I cannot wait!!
