I know I have talked about going to these two events, but now I need to tell you how they were..awesome! Friday night was the Royals hockey game, and it was a blast! You got tickets only with whoever you signed up with, but there were a good amount of empty seats where we were, so everyone moved and could sit together. They ran shuttles there, but we drove separately since we are of age and wanted to check out the bar called The Ugly oyster, which was the perfect place to sit and just chat. There were 15 of us, so it took a while to get enough seats in such a small place, but I should've been doing this all semester. Saturday was the Broadway trip for Rock of Ages which was also great! It was more like a concert, but I love that music, so it was cool to jam out and sing along. Shopping at Forever 21 made me broke, but hopefully I enhance my wardrobe. This was a weekend to go down in the books, and I was asking why Albright doesn't do more of these things. They do, but they fall during the week a lot, like a free Reading Phils game on April 10th. I've always been that person who still feels the week is a school night, and I work at 7am so I have to get my sleep, but if you get involved in SGA or other clubs, you can decide when and where these fun things happen, and all groups of people went to both events. It was a nice mix!
