And So It Begins...

I'M A JUNIOR! AHHHHH! WHY?!?!

As you can tell I'm not exactly thrilled that I'm 1/2 way done with my college career, although I am quite pleased to be back at jolly old Albright! I actually moved in about a week ago and a few days earlier than my fellow upperclassmen to prepare/rehearse/perform in a Domino Players showcase-type-thingy for the freshmen. It was basically 3 short comedic plays that all related in some way to things the freshmen would be dealing with such as meeting new people, foreign language & taking a new identity. My buddy Bill Neitz and I did a piece by David Ives called The Universal Language and it was QUITE the experience. Mostly because the majority of the show is written in a made-up language called "unamunda". So lines such as "I scoop moochko" & "Yabado if you do do" were plentiful! And although it was quite a challenge learning it all in about a week, it was a very fun experience. And all the freshmen loved it! So everybody wins! YAY!

In other news, I can't stop buying things for my dorm room. I bought a boat-load of groceries because I have this pasta -pro cooker thing that I CAN'T WAIT to use. It cooks any pasta & veggies in a glass tube using only hot water. Who'd-a-thunk-it?! And then I got a awesome ottoman, several dishes & various other fun things that I found at Le Dollar Store. But I'm pledging not to buy anything else for the next two weeks.....maybe.

OH! So I auditioned last night for the upcoming Domino Players Production "Fish Out of Water" and it was sooooo much fun! But then again how could any audition that begins with you dance-jamming out to Jason Mraz NOT be awesome?
