Hi everyone,
I don't know how many of you have siblings, but if you do... I imagine you can relate to my latest experience. I have 3 younger brothers: Josh & Jared are 13 (and twins) and my youngest brother Tristen, who's 11. They came down to visit me and the Albright campus with my dad last weekend, and it was awesome! We played some basketball in the Bowman Center, played with the frisbee on Kelchner field and even some pool & fooseball in the rec center! I think they had a good time and it was nice to relax with family and show them around my new home. Unfortunately, I knew they were bound to forget something... and they did. Tristen left his basketball sneakers and a ball in my room. Luckily, spring break has started & I was planning on going hom today anyway, but as it would turn out today is also the last basketball for my brother's team & it happens to be an all day tournement! So, I was planning on getting up at like 7AM this morning and driving back to deliver the shoes that we were in a hurry to get back to Towanda, PA. I was thinking about demanding a pay of 3 public displays of affection from my brother for these shoes, haha... you know guys are, it would've been awesome to demand a hug!
As it turns out: good news & bad news.... good news, I didn't have to get up super early to go home... bad news, its because my brother hurt his neck and isn't playing in the tournement. Feel better, Tristen!
I am heading out guys & going to load my car for the drive home. I hope you enjoy your spring breaks & we'll talk in about a week!
