The Dark Knight is coming...

No, Christian Bale isn't visiting Albright College...but we are getting to see some of his work! I have been hard at work planning as junior class president to hold a 'Fall Fest' on campus. Myself and the other officers for our class saw a lull in 'season specific' activities for this season between the extreme heat of summer and biting cold of winter. Overall, Albright does a great job in catering to whichever season we are in; From thanksgiving lunch this week (which was amazing!) to mardi gras dinner in the spring semester and everything else in between (not forgetting christmas of course).

This fall fest will consist of lots of fall goodies to combat this chilly weather...apple cider, pumpkin pie, you know, the norm. We'll be relaxing with a DJ for an hour or two before the main event takes place. Through campus connections and some funding from our Student Government Association, I have secured a pre-release copy of the new Batman movie the DARK KNIGHT, a month before it comes out to DVD!
