Around Albright and Questions

Hey students already at Albright or just know the area! Just a few questions.... Is there a movie theater near by? what other fun things are there to do around town. Oh and there's bus service around there right?

You know what else I was thinking? Like my class scheduel, what if i have a class that starts 10 mins after another one ends and the other class is all the way on the other side of campus, what am i gonna do? Oh what if i bring my bike (or would ppl be looking at me like why is this chick on a bike on campus?) lol

Hello! I'm Robin and I am a Junior at Albright. There are two movie theaters and an IMAX theatre near by but, not within walking distance. However, if you do not make friends with someone with a car, which you probably will, Albright sponsors free movie nights and provides transportation to and from the theatre. Another cool place is The Goggleworks, they show interesting movies and have many galleries and artists that use the space. Besides that there are many restaurants and little shops in West and downtown Reading. If you get involved, which you should, you will probably find that you do not need to go off campus very often.
As far as class goes, 10 minutes is plenty of time, just make sure that you don't stop to chat to much along the way, if you know that your next class is on the other side of campus. I would advise not bringing your bike because you probably will not use it that much. Any other questions?

There is a mall 10 minutes away from the school, and a bus service that goes through campus, there are a lot of fun things to do on campus. there are many campus activities that are posted online and around campus. Campus really isnt that big so if you have 10 minutes inbetween classes just run lol. i think you will be fine.
