New Movie: All the President's Men. Not sure how I hadn't seen this before, but it contains many wonderful minutes of Robert Redford and Dustin Hoffman being cooler than you.
New MusicAndrew Bird -
Noble Beast Someone described this album as "hyper-literate." This is quite appropriate. Nice softness and big words.
Word of the day: Keelhaul. Actually this one is a verb...and it means to drag someone under the keel of a ship as punishment or torture. Ouchies.

New Movie: Burn After Reading See this movie. Hilarious. Completely irreverent.
Word of the Day: Shunpike - a side road used to avoid the toll on or the speed and traffic of a superhighway. As Costard says, "I will never buy or sell out of this word."

New Movie: Hamlet 2!!! Amazing. This movie was the funniest I've seen in a while. I do concede that it is probably not as funny to someone not in the theatre, but still...go see it, its a good time.

New Music: Conor Oberst's new self titled album. Usually known as Bright Eyes, Conor releases his first album under his given name in 12 years...it is good stuff, different from Bright Eyes, but still good.
Also...Paper Plane. Who ok'd that song for release? What happened? I just have to assume the head of that record company is Satan, and that the world will come to an abrupt end on account of 40 million 6th graders running around singing
