And hello to all of you too!  I am currently thawing out in my dorm, eating fresh home-made chocolate chip cookies (my mom loves me)!  It go so cold so quickly, what happened to Fall?  We might even get snow by the end of the week...I love snow, but this is all happening too fast!  I want to slow down and enjoy my last year here, but the weather seems to have a different idea.

It's been a few weeks now. I apologize for the hiatus.  My internet service provider (who shall remain nameless) hates my house.  I had no internet whatsoever for a full month!  It was torture!  But I'm back at school now.  Gosh, I had missed it.

So, quick recap of school life up until today:  I got to move-in early!  I love my first day of dorm-life.  Even if I don't sleep well for the first few nights (I refer to them as Adjustment Nights).  I went through double training: POPs and RAs.  So busy!  But…

So, I'm a Potterhead.  I've read all the books...at least twice..or more.  I've seen all the movies.  I've cried and laughed and worried and relaxed with Harry and co.  Hermione was always my favorite, but I love Draco as well.  In my head, I always wanted them to end up together.  For her to overcome her pride, and for him to over come his prejudice...wait, that sounds familiar.  But I like her and Ron together, he keeps her light-hearted, and she keeps his feet on the ground.

My brother is too.  He'll be a senior this year, so he'll start getting ready for applications this Summer.  He's such a soccer star.  I'm proud of him, but I'm trying to get him to choose a school for more than the soccer program.  He needs to find a school that fits him, and not just his soccer skills.  So, in light of his search, I've a bit of advice if you are where he is:
