So I have finished my last finals, moved all my belongings back home and have had some time to reflect.  Both of my internships were amazing.

Well I finished my last final on Friday and I spent this weekend packing up for the last time. The question I ask myself is: What do I do now? I am not sure what I want to do in the future, nor what I need. I am excited for the road ahead and look forward to being able to stretch my wings. I know I always talk about how fast time goes in college, but it’s because it’s true! Everything just flies by and before you know it you are heading into your SENIOR YEAR!

My time here in Washington D.C. has helped me realize where I want to be in the near future. Before this internship experience, I was honestly not taking jobs after graduation seriously. This process helped me prepare for that. I am no longer afraid to nail it in an interview, give out my awesome resume, and continue my education as much as possible. So take a little advice from someone who has taken the initiative to stop out of their comfort zone and try new experiences.
